Brantley Rucker Named Polishing Sales Representative / Demo Sales Specialist

PARAGOULD, AR — Allen Engineering has announced the promotion of Brantley Rucker.  Rucker has accepted the role as Polishing Sales Representative for North America and Demo Sales Specialist for Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Texas & Oklahoma.

Rucker began his career with Allen Engineering in January of 2013 as a material handler and quickly transitioned into our Assembly Department where he would spend the next four years gaining equipment knowledge and experience.  His hard work, dedication and attention to detail was recognized and in 2014 he was promoted to Inside Sales/Customer Service.  Almost immediately, Brantley gained a reputation as a role model due to his playmaker abilities and winning attitude. 

When it was decided that it was time for Allen Engineering to begin manufacturing concrete polishing riding trowels, we recognized the need for someone that was willing to champion the cause and become an expert in the polishing industry.  He answered the call and over the past 18 months he’s done just that while simultaneously managing his daily duties in Customer Service.   

Effective October 1, 2020 Rucker has been working alongside our Field Sales Team to promote our new line of concrete polishing riders and accessories and will also be assisting the Territory Salesmen around his home state of Arkansas by conducting jobsite demonstrations and dealer support.

He continues to lead by example and has proven to be a vital part of our organization and we’re privileged to have him, and we look forward to his being a part of his continued success in this new role.  We know that his contributions will continue to better us as an organization and to the overall success of the Allen Engineering Vision of being the premier, global provider of concrete equipment solutions for professional contractors.
